I'm having issues with my application pool hanging. When this happens the website becomes non-responsive. The logs show no real errors. It started after I applied the last patch. I'm on v4.5b using IIS 7.0.

Are there any recommended settings for the application pool? I have my own dedicated server so I can make it whatever it needs to be.

Added:

Quantity

just above the line 258 and got an error when viewing the page.

Then tried to add it below line 258, and on the BTO page the text "Quantity" showed up at the top just above "Configure" like this:

Any ideas on how to get it in the right spot?

Much better.

Good to have more specific control over the styling.

In the pcStorefront.css after "#pcMain .pcForms td p {" I added "font-size: 16px;" to make the BTO section headers nice and big.

Works great but it also changes the text at the bottom...

"Default Price:

Customizations:

Price as Customized:"

...but that is fine for me.

Hi, That seems a bit to general - it will change the paragraph font size everywhere that it's not explicitly set. Try in cpStorefront.css instead (assuming you are using it) :-


    /* Control margin and spacing on p tags used in forms */
    #pcMain .pcForms td p {
        padding: 0;
        margin: 0;
        color: blue;
        font-size: 14px;
    }

(I added the color & the size tags).

If a user of ProductCart is not looking for real time sync with QuickBooks, is there a way that we can use the reports import/export method to move the transactions from ProductCart to QuickBooks once a month?

There's no built in field for the text, so you will need to add it by customizing configurePrdCode.asp
Look for the sub pcs_BTOPurchasing and add a table row and appropriate text before line 258.

Yes, that worked.

So in my "header.asp" file I was able to edit the "p" style to:

p { color:#000; font-family:Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:14px }

Hamish, good tip. Seems to be from the "p" style from my main template (custom designed). Will change that and see what happens. Will report back on this. Thanks.
