Posting Guidelines

Please follow these general guidelines when posting in the ProductCart forums:

• Always be respectful of other forum members
• Never use improper language or your message will be immediately removed
• Never spam the forums with commercial offers or your message will be immediately removed. The only exception is the "Partner Offers" section, where you can advertise products and services that are directly related to ProductCart.

Please follow these additional guidelines when you are seeking help on an issue that you are having:

• Always check existing documentation first to see if you can already find a good answer to your question:
  - Run a sitewide search
  - Browse or search the ProductCart WIKI
  
• If you decide to post a question in the forums:
  - Indicate which version of ProductCart you are running
  - Include a link to your store or a screen shot of the issue
  - Remember that all replies on the forum are from volunteers
• To contact Early Impact directly, open a support ticket.

Using the forums vs. opening a support ticket

• Do you believe that the software is not behaving correctly or are you getting an error? In cases like these, it's typically best to open a support ticket.
• Interested in how other users are using a certain feature or in getting feedback on your store? Use these forums to interact with other users.
• Looking for ideas, opinions, and/or costs involved in customizing ProductCart? These forums can be a great place to start.
