Looking for Re-design Our web

    We need web designer that re-design and do SEO. 

Since we do a lot of customization to our current site(www.ExpressPaint.com), it is hard to update from the old version of new version 4. We have programer that helping us for updates modification of site, but we need web designer to re-design and SEO.  We have keywords ideas. Is there anybody can help? Thank you.
