@adezigngirl
I am familiar with your account now. My feeling is that posting here is not really constructive, but to vent. Personally, I have done a great deal of work on said ticket. It is misleading to say a tech was required because there are so many details unsaid. I understand why you are frustrated over that particular issue, but ultimately your tech reached the same conclusion and it was not a bug. I do not believe the post accurately portrays the level of support we have provided. In any event, I am happy to discuss in more detail via the ticket or phone. I'd like to review the ticket about performance. Can you please PM the ticket number? Edited by Matt - 11-October-2011 at 9:55pm |

no alterations and i pay for a designated server, i am not cutting corners. i have the same exact product as i did 3 weeks ago at v3 as i do now at v4 so nothing has changed on my part. we have a lot of categories and products within those categories which makes it load very slow, whereas before it would just load the categories and then i could go to my product and it all moved at a rapid rate, now i sit and wait and it freezes so much that it is beyond frustrating. this is just one of the issues i have encountered, the most frustrating one. I will say i like the category cloning feature. again i did like the v3.5, only had a couple of glitches with that but they were minor and i could be productive.

i was merely responding to someone elses forum about 3.5 because i am having similar issues of my v4 freezing and had there been a way that you had told her to change back i would have done the same thing. i will not comment on the ticket issue right now because as i said before i did hire a tech to work that out with you because it seemed as though no one could figure out the problem. i cannot call you because you do not provide phone numbers for help. again i will say i did like the 3.5 i wish i would have stuck with it.

Hi, providing inboud phone support is just not practical or efficient. With the number of customers we hqve We can provide a much better and faster service by being predominantly email based. That does not mean we don't make outbound support calls where it is useful.
