ProductCart v4.5 Pre-release

A few weeks ago we set up a public, pre-release store where you can BETA-test ProductCart v4.5.

Among the new features to checkout there is definitely the new "Sales Manager".

We are currently doing final testing and fine-tuning on ProductCart v4.5 and expect it to release it within a few weeks.

	I like this new Sales Manager feature. I'd like to request either an update to Promotions Manager or an add-on. In our environment, it would be handy to have the option to trigger Free Shipping on an item based on quantity. We have several small goods that we can't offer free shipping for just one, but we could with 3 or more. I can do this with a discount code (automatically), but there's no good way to promote this on the product page. I like the promotion box that displays on promotions. It would be nice to have that option available on promotions - currently, you have the "Apply to next N Units" when setting up a new promotion, which would probably have to be re-thought in order to make it work in its current state.
