Sub-categories with single product

   On
 the old version of ProductCart, when a single product was in a 
category, it went directly to the product page when you clicked the link
 for the category. Now, when you clicked the link for the category, it 
takes you to a category page, with the product page thumbnail. We would like to eliminate this extra click for clients.
 How can this be resolved?

ex) 
Parent Category: Therapy
Sub-category: Active Ice Therapy Post-Surgery System
Product: Active Ice Therapy System

When
 the customer clicks 'Active Ice Therapy Post-surgery System' on the 
left side of the page (the grey link beneath the green bar that says 
'Therapy'), we would like for it to go directly to the 'Active Ice 
Therapy System' product page.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!
