ProductCart News and Updates is a newsletter sent by Early Impact to users of its ProductCart shopping cart software. It contains product announcements, important updates, tips and tricks, and other userful information for ProductCart users. ProductCart v4.1 Service Pack 1We just released a small maintenance update for ProductCart v4.1

  • Already running v4.1?
    Apply the Service Pack (it's a small set of files, with no database update). Learn more.
  • Not yet on v4.1?
    You can update to v4.1 and you will be taken directly to v4.1 SP1 (you will not need to separately apply Service Pack 1).

If you want to receive these updates and keep up-do-date with what's happening in the ProductCart community, make sure that your account is enrolled for the Community Updates newsletter. To find out:

  1. Log into your Early Impact software store account
  2. Click on "Modify Personal Information"
  3. ... and check that you are subscribed to both newsletters at the bottom.
Google Analytics update

Google AnalyticsA quick reminder that we recently updated the Google Analytics integration to support traffic and e-commerce transaction tracking through the asynchronous snippet, the latest tracking code, whose main advantage is better page loading time.

For details, instructions, and to download the latest files, please refer to the Google Analytics section of the ProductCart WIKI. If you update the tracking script, make sure that it is updated across your Web site (on non-ProductCart pages too, that is).
Twitter Updates in the ProductCart v4.1 Control Panel

Did you notice that you can now receive ProductCart Twitter Updates directly in your Control Panel? Select "Help > Twitter Updates": the 4 more recent messages will be shown. We use Twitter to send out quick updates on all sorts of ProductCart-related stuff. We hope you find it useful!
