Version 3.5 brings many new features and improvements, and lots of changes "under the hood" to make ProductCart faster, more robust, and more flexible.

And since budgets are tight these days, it doesn't hurt to know that this is yet another FREE update (although it's not a small update as it includes over 600 updated files). See what's new in version 3.5

One of the most powerful new features is the ability that you will now have to allow your customers to browse categories by using category-specific, dynamic filters. It's what some call "drill-down navigation". Here is a first look:

We're happy to announce that one of the longest-time and most prolific contributors to our forums - Hamish Anderson - is now part of the Early Impact team. We're excited to have him on board.

He will continue contributing to the forums, and will assist us in many other areas of our business, including quality assurance, technical support, and documentation.

We even convinced him to change his avatar on the forums to a more "Early Impact" looking one :-) - Welcome on board Hamish!

As previously announced, technical support for ProductCart version 2.x stopped on October 31st, 2008. From November 1st, 2008, support tickets submitted by users of ProductCart version 2.x will be replied to with a request to upgrade the store.

Before you start throwing all sorts of sharp objects our way, consider that ProductCart version 3.x was released over 2 years ago, and that's the only upgrade we charged for in over 4 years!). We strongly encourage you to upgrade your store as version 3 is a far superior product. Learn more about upgrading to version 3.
