Things to look for in this demo...
When you browse the demo storefront, pay attention to how the following features are being used:
- Check out the new search feature: we have added a neat AJAX-based search results preview to the advanced search page (it tells you how many results will be returned, before running the search), and lots of neat things to the search results page (mouse over the category results, for example).
- Note how ProductCart allows you to create custom input text fields that you can associate with any product to collect information from the customer (e.g. a name to be embroidered on a shirt, a quote to be engraved, etc.)
- Note how you can easily cross sell products both on the product details page and on the shopping cart page
- The graphical interface is fully customized. With ProductCart it literally takes minutes to merge the shopping cart with your's Web site's design.
- When you checkout you can select gift wrapping options for some products, but not for others. You can also buy gift certificates. Both features are part of the Gift Add-on, which is now included in every version of ProductCart v3.
