Version 2.0 of ProductCart contains numerous new features and enhancements. As always, we took our customers' feedback and turned it into ecommerce features. We especially spent time focusing on new tools that dramatically increase productivity for store administrators that deal with larger product catalogs.

	Completely Redesigned Shipping Component
	Support for UPS, USPS, FedEx, CanadaPost. Approved integration of the UPS Online® Tools: UPS Tracking and UPS Rates & Service selection. Wizard-style configuration for each shipping provider. Select which options to display (e.g. only display UPS Next Day Air and UPS Ground, not UPS Second Day). Set "free shipping" for any shipping option above a certain order value (e.g. make UPS Ground free when the order amount exceeds $150) Add shipping and handling fees as a separate charge or built into the shipping rates. Select standard packaging type and size, and standard delivery method (e.g. daily pickup, customer counter, etc.) Flag a product as oversized to more accurately calculate rates. Specify special packaging size for a specific product. Custom configured shipping options based on weight, quantity, order amount, incremental values. Mix custom configured shipping options and dynamic shipping options (e.g. UPS Next Day, UPS Ground, In-store pickup). Easily order the way shipping options are displayed. Allow customers to indicate whether the shipment is to a residential or commercial address. Turn on or off the ability for customers to provide a separate shipping address. Store multiple shipping addresses for a repeat customer.
	Global Changes
	Apply changes to groups of products at once Include all products, only products in a specific category, only products whose name/description/part number contains certain characters, etc. Increase/decrease prices (increase list price by 5%, decrease wholesale prices by 7%) Reset wholesale prices as a percentage of the list or online price Assign/Remove product attributes (specials, free shipping, non-taxable, not for sale, etc.)
	Improved "Locate Product" feature
	Now it's much easier for the administrator to locate a product in the Control Panel Multiple filtering criteria can be used at the same time Greatly improves productivity on stores that handle large amounts of products
	Multiple Administrators
	Add additional Control Panel users to help you administer your online store. Limit access to only specific areas of the Control Panel. Easily view/edit existing Control Panel users.
	New Brand Management
	Easily associate products with brands (or suppliers). Let users search the store by brand Let users browse the store by brand, with or without brand logos, then view all products within a brand, under a large brand logo. Easily make changes to all products within a brand (e.g. a price increase) using the Global Changes feature described above.
	Custom Checkout Options
	The store administrator can now add up to 3 custom fields to the registration and checkout pages (e.g. requesting that the customer enters a Tax ID). Each field may be set as required or not required. A "How did you hear about us?" drop-down menu can also be added to the registration and checkout pages. It is shown only to first-time customers, and can be set as required or not required.
	New Quoting Features added to BTO
	Let customers submit quotes Let customers only submit quotes, not purchase. With one click, you can turn the system from an ecommerce shopping cart to a real-time quoting only system. Hide prices and disallow purchasing on specific build-to-order products (e.g. a service for which prices are not determined until the quote is prepared). Allow the administrator to review submitted quotes Allow the administrator to reply to reply to submitted quotes from within the Control Panel
	Other Improvements
	Improved "Manage Inventory" feature: now inventory adjustments can be done quickly by selecting multiple products at once. Improved management of product options: when assigning product options to multiple products at once, the administrator can now easily determine the order in which options should appear and whether or not the user is required to make a selection. Improved category assignment: now it's easier for the store administrator to view/edit/add category assignments for a product. Assigning a product to multiple categories is now easier and faster. New category descriptions: now the store administrator can choose whether to show category descriptions when users browse the store by category. New ProductCart Setup Wizard: a new Wizard-style setup & activation process takes the user step by step. The system now automatically checks the server for any incompatibility issues and tests the database connection string prior to activating ProductCart. New supported payment gateways for even more online real-time credit card processing options.
	Reward Points System - A $245 value! What used to be a $245 addition to ProductCart is now included in the standard version of our shopping cart.
