A Service Pack has just been released for ProductCart v4.1 SP1. Service Pack 2 addresses all issues listed prior to 05.20.2011 for stores running v4.1 SP1. Learn more.

- Login + PayPal Security Vulnerabilities - 08.24.2011 - Updated on 09.16.2011
A patch was released to address two separate vulnerabilities that were recently found. There are no reports of successful exploits.
This is a small patch and can be applied in just a few moments. Updated 09.16.2011 to address a JavaScript error in v3.X builds. Download fix

An important patch was released to address a recently discovered vulnerability. There have been reports of successful exploits, so this patch should be applied immediately. Learn more and download the patch >>.
NOTE: the quickest way to find out if there has been a successful hack is to connect to your store via FTP and navigate to the "pc" folder. Once there, sort by DESCENDING DATE and look for any files that start with "gw" near the top of the list. Are there any? If so, you are likely a victim of this hack. Read the PDF document included in the patch for all the details on what to do next.
Even if you don't see any modified files in the "pc" folder, you should read the PDF and update the store files as indicated.

A security vulnerability that affects the ProductCart Control Panel was recently discovered by the McAfee Secure service. Updated on 06.15 to resolve an issue with CP messages. Download fix

- Security Vulnerability - Mobile Commerce Add-on - 06.10.2011
A security vulnerability that affects the Mobile Commerce Add-on was recently discovered by the McAfee Secure service. It only applies to stores that use the Mobile Commerce Add-on. Download fix 
- PayPal IPN issue (orders remain incomplete) - 03.22.2011
For ProductCart v3.51, v4 and v4.1: it resolves a sporadic issue where an order paid for via PayPal remains Incomplete in ProductCart due to an Instant Payment Notification (IPN) problem. Download fix 
- IE 9 Compatibility Issue - 03.11.2011
For ProductCart v4 and v4.1: it resolves a compatibility issue between IE 9 Release Candidate and jQuery, which resulted in problems in the storefront, including One Page Checkout. Download fix

- Image Magnifier Issues with Internet Explorer 9 - 05.31.11
This small fix addresses some issues that affected the Image Magnifier (MojoZoom) when using Internet Explorer v9. Not needed unless you are using that feature. Included in Service Pack 2. Download fix 
- Store Map feature updates - 01.18.11
This fix addresses an issue with some Store Maps not working properly with a store's design (conflicts with code in header.asp & footer.asp files). It also includes some feature improvements. Download fix 
- One Page Checkout issue when "City" contains an apostrophe - 01.14.11
This one-file fix addresses an issue with One Page Checkout returning an error when the city name entered by the customer contains an apostrophe (rare). Download fix 
- Restore Shopping Cart Error - 01.13.11
This one-file fix addresses a rare issue showing when returning to the same store: an error is shown when ProductCart attempts to restore the shopping cart content. See the ReadMe details. Download fix 
- Image Magnifier Issues with Google Chrome - 01.13.11
This small fix addresses some issues that affected the Image Magnifier in ProductCart v4.1. Not needed unless you are using that feature. Download fix 
- BTO Only: Incorrect configuration price - 01.13.11
Product configuration price recalculated incorrectly when using the BACK browser button from the shopping cart page, in some scenarios. Contact Early Impact for more information on this issue.
- Bing Shopping Data Feed Generator (BETA)
Create a data feed for the new Bing Shopping marketplace. This replaces the previous Bing cashback data feed creator. See instructions and download beta files 
- Canonical URL - Removal of category ID
Since products can belong to more than one category, the Canonical URL for the product details page should not contain the Category ID. See ReadMe for details. Download fix 
- Affiliate ID issue
When using the search engine friendly URLs, the Affiliate ID was not properly recorded when the link carrying the querystring with the affiliate ID was to a product or category page. Download fix

You can update your store by using the "Check for Updates" feature in your ProductCart Control Panel, unless otherwise noted. Your ProductCart license must be eligible for updates (purchase the ProductCart Technical Support & Software Updates Plan).
ProductCart v4.1 Update
v4.1 Update for existing ProductCart users was released on 07.20.10. Use the "Check for updates" link in your Control Panel to download the update.
ProductCart v4 Upgrade
v4 Upgrade for existing ProductCart users was released on 10.27.09. Use the "Check for updates" link in your Control Panel to download the upgrade.
ProductCart eBay Add-on Update
On 08.19.09 we released an update for the eBay Add-on. It was sent to all eBay Add-on users on file. If you use the eBay Add-on, but did not receive the update message, please contact us.
ProductCart v3.51 Update and Patch
On 01.25.09 we released the 3.51 Update through the Update Management System. On 02.27.09 we release a small patch for v3.51, which can be downloaded from the ProductCart WIKI:

You can update to v3.51 from either v3.5 or from v3.11. The latter is a consolidated update that allows you to jump all the way to the very latest version from a much older version.

- Find out the path to a certain folder using MapPath. Download and unzip the file, then FTP it to the directory for which you would like to find out the path. Then, load the mappath.asp file in your browser.
